A focused website built around your business. For example: Home, Services, About, Work and Contact. We agree the pages, content and functions before work begins.
Domains, business email and larger changes are separate. Any extra costs are set out in your proposal before you agree to proceed.
Cadenmere Supply Ltd is not VAT registered. No VAT is added to these prices.
Website management

- Monthly functional and link checks.
- Backups after changes.
- Up to 15 minutes of small edits each month.
Small edits might include changing a phone number, opening hours or a short piece of text. Larger changes are quoted separately.
Your proposal sets out the hosting arrangement, when management starts and the billing and cancellation terms.

Tell us what your business does, who the website is for and how customers should contact you.
Share the pages you need, your logo, approved text and images you have permission to use. Tell us where you need help: writing, image sourcing and extra functions must be included in the agreed scope.
Before work starts
A written proposal for your project.
You’re welcome to ask a few questions first. Before you commit, we’ll agree what’s included, the price and the terms.
- Ownership and handover
- Your proposal records customer ownership of the finished website, when it transfers, any third-party licences and the source files, account access and instructions included in handover. It also covers handover when management ends.
- Revisions and approval
- We agree the revision rounds, what they cover, how you provide feedback and how you approve the finished site for publication.
- Content and timing
- We agree who supplies and approves text, images and legal notices, check usage rights and set the project timetable around the agreed scope and content.
- Management and backups
- The agreement sets out hosting and access responsibilities, the checks included, how edit time is counted, any carry-over, backup storage and retention, restoration work and support arrangements.
- Payment and cancellation
- The agreement sets out payment stages for the £695 build, when £29 monthly billing starts, any minimum term, cancellation notice, refunds and any charges at exit.
- Separate costs and larger changes
- Domains, business email, extra pages, new functions and larger changes need separate agreement and pricing. We do not promise search rankings or a particular number of enquiries.
- Privacy and access
- We agree how project content, access details and backups will be handled before receiving them. Please do not email passwords. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your enquiry.
