First, we check the product details, how many you need, where and when they should arrive, your instructions and the terms for the order.

We check the options
We look at manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and specialist trade suppliers as appropriate to check for a product match or an acceptable equivalent.

We prepare your quote
Before we quote, we consider the price, delivery charges, lead time, how long the quote will remain valid, payment terms and anything else that could affect the cost or supply.

Delivery arrangements
Where the contract and supplier allow it, we prefer the goods to be delivered directly from the supplier to you. Cadenmere remains responsible for coordinating the order, delivery information and required supporting documentation.

Clear before you commit.
If availability, lead time, delivery or another detail is still to be confirmed, we say so rather than presenting it as fixed.
We include any important conditions or limitations in your quote.
